The Untold Story of Linford Christie

This powerful BBC One documentary charts the remarkable rise of Linford Christie, from Olympic gold to a dramatic fall from grace, while reflecting on the broader Black British experience. I was brought on to create and develop the entire visual language of the film. These graphics were vital in shaping the tone and emotional arc of the story, tying together pivotal moments of triumph, controversy, and introspection.

This marked my second collaboration with director Kwabena Oppong, whose clear-eyed, empathetic vision brought great depth to the project. Working once again with the incredible team at Story Films, it was a privilege to contribute to such a thoughtful and honest portrait of one of Britain’s most iconic and misunderstood athletes.
